Refund policy
All sales are final. Because we import and sell green (unroasted) coffee as an agricultural commodity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at thibaut@apexcoffeeimports.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and make it right, whether through a replacement or another arrangement.
